Scientific Environment

The laboratory is fully equipped for biomedical research. Cell Systems 3-D, LLC is uniquely positioned between the Texas Medical Center, Houston, TX and the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston.  The physical space is divided into offices, conference room, laboratory and warehouse.  Cell Systems 3-D, LLC and Microgen Labs, LLC share combined laboratory space.

Laboratory

Cell and tissue design, development and engineering efforts are performed at the Cell Systems 3-D laboratory, located at 903 Texas Avenue, La Marque, Texas.  Cell Systems 3-D occupies approximately 3500 sq. ft. of space.  We are equipped with the standard tissue culture laboratory equipment as well as the capability to perform genomic analysis and 4-color flow cytometry.  We have partnerships with Vel-Labs, Houston, Texas for light and fluorescent histological preparation and the Cardiovascular Pathology Laboratory, Texas Heart Institute, Houston, Texas for electron microscopy.
